You will provide on-site support to our customers and serve as their expert point of contact for technical questions regarding our innovative hot runner systems. You will receive support from the DACH branch office as well as an international network of experts.

You have completed technical training (e.g., as a toolmaker or process mechanic specializing in plastics and rubber technology, or a comparable qualification). You bring experience in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of injection molding tools, as well as in process analysis. We require the ability to work independently, a willingness to travel, and good German and English language skills. Proficiency with MS Office rounds out your profile.
